This is not a pre-recorded video. You cook live with the same two chefs who teach in Florence, streamed from the same kitchen. You see their hands, they see your dough, and they talk you through every stage (mixing, kneading, rolling, shaping) until there’s fresh pasta on your counter.
When you pick a date, the booking calendar shows class times in both Florence time and your own time zone, so there’s no arithmetic at midnight.
Add the kit at booking (+€34 per order) and we ship it chilled to your door: 00 flour, semola, a rolling pin and our recipe cards; everything specialty, so your kitchen only needs the basics. Prefer to shop yourself? Book without the kit and tell us on WhatsApp; we’ll walk you through what to have ready.
