Booking Policy

This page explains how reservations work for classes run by Handmade Pasta Florence. Please read it before booking. By confirming a class you agree to the terms below.

How to book

Bookings are made through the "Book a class" button on this site, by WhatsApp at +39 344 5204379, or by email at ciao@handmadepastaflorence.com. Tell us the date, the number of guests, and which class you'd like. We reply personally, usually the same day.

Confirmation

A booking is only confirmed once we've replied by WhatsApp or email confirming your date, time, group size, and price. Sending a request through the site opens the conversation; it doesn't reserve a seat on its own.

We send the exact kitchen address once your booking is confirmed.

Payment

A deposit of 30% of the class price is required to lock in your booking. The deposit is paid by bank transfer or by card link (Stripe).

The remaining balance is paid in cash (EUR) to your chef on the day of the class, or in advance by transfer if you prefer.

Prices include your host chef, ingredients, and any wine or extras listed on the class page. Personal expenses aren't included unless stated.

Group sizes

• The Chef's Table: max 8 guests
• Mercato & Mani (market tour + cook): max 6 guests
• The Family Long-Table (private buyout): 6–14 guests

If you're a smaller or larger group than these, or booking for a corporate event, tell us and we'll suggest the right format.

Dietary needs and allergies

We can prepare a dedicated gluten-free flour blend and a clean station at no extra charge. This is not a certified gluten-free facility, so let us know about coeliac disease or a serious allergy when you book so we can talk it through with you directly. Please tell us about any other dietary needs or allergies at the same time.
