Privacy Policy

We collect as little data as possible and we never sell it. This page explains what we do collect, why, and what you can do about it.
What we collect
When you book or get in touch, we only receive what you choose to send us directly through WhatsApp or email. That's typically your name, contact details, the date you'd like, your group size, and any dietary or accessibility information you share with us.
We don't currently run a booking form that stores your details on our servers. If you pay your deposit by card, that's handled directly by our payment provider (Stripe), and we don't see or store your card details ourselves.
Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and arrange your class.
- To send you booking confirmation, the kitchen address, and any changes.
- To meet our legal obligations, where they apply.
We don't send marketing emails today. If that changes, we'll only do it with your clear consent, and you'll always be able to opt out.
How long we keep it
We don't keep your WhatsApp or email messages any longer than we need to run your class and handle any follow-up afterwards.
Who we share it with
We don't sell or rent your personal data to anyone, for any purpose, ever. We only share what's needed with the chef running your class.
Cookies and analytics
This site doesn't currently use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies of any kind. If that changes in future, we'll update this page and ask for your consent where required.
Your rights
- Ask for a copy of the data we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct anything that's wrong.
- Ask us to delete your data.
To exercise any of these, write to ciao@handmadepastaflorence.com. If you're unhappy with our response, you have the right to complain to the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.
