Handmade Pasta Florence

Terms & Conditions

Last updated · 3 September 2026

These terms apply to every class booked with Handmade Pasta Florence ("we", "us"). By booking a class you ("the guest") agree to them. They're governed by the law of Italy.

1. Who we are

Handmade Pasta Florence is run by Endri Cerhozi and Marsel from a kitchen in the Oltrarno, Florence. Contact: ciao@handmadepastaflorence.com or WhatsApp +39 344 5204379.

2. Bookings

Booking, payment, and cancellation rules are set out in our Booking Policy and Cancellation & Refund pages. Those pages are part of these terms.

3. Your responsibilities

  • Tell us about any allergy, coeliac disease, or medical condition that could affect your class before it starts, so we can talk it through with you.
  • Follow your host chef's instructions during the class, particularly around knives, the stove, and hot surfaces.
  • You're responsible for the behaviour of any children in your party.

4. Risk

A working kitchen involves knives, hot pans, and an oven: ordinary hazards of cooking, not extreme ones. You take part at your own risk and are expected to follow your host's safety instructions. See our Safety & Insurance page for more detail.

5. Photography

We may take photos or short video during classes to use on this site and our social channels. If you'd rather not appear, just tell your host chef at the start of the class, and we'll respect that without question.

6. Conduct

We may end a class without a refund for a guest whose behaviour endangers themselves, other guests, or the chef, for example intoxication, harassment, or refusing to follow safety instructions.

7. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that can't be excluded or limited under Italian law. Beyond that, our liability for any single booking is limited to the price paid for that class.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your booking is the one published on the date your booking is confirmed.

9. Disputes

Talk to us first if anything goes wrong. Most issues are easy to sort out in conversation. Disputes that can't be settled that way are subject to the jurisdiction of the Italian courts.

Anything here you'd like us to clarify? Ask us directly before you book.
