What you are actually giving
Three hours in a small Oltrarno kitchen with two Tuscan agriturismo head chefs, hands in the flour from the first minute, four classic pasta shapes, and a sit-down lunch of everything they made with a glass of Chianti. Never more than eight people at the table.
If they are not coming to Florence any time soon, the live online class works just as well as a gift — same chefs, same kitchen, with an ingredient kit shipped to their door. It is the one we send most often to people abroad.
How it works
Email us with who it is for, which class you have in mind and any message you would like on it. We will confirm the amount, take payment, and send you a voucher you can print or forward, usually the same day. No date is locked in when you buy — your recipient contacts us and picks a slot that suits them.
Not sure which class? Say roughly what they are like and what you want to spend, and we will suggest one. We would rather they got the right class than the expensive one.
Good to know
- Any class can be gifted: the Chef's Table (€95), Mercato & Mani (€145), the private kitchen (from €680) or the online class (from €68).
- Gifting to a couple? The class for two is the one people buy for anniversaries and weddings.
- Gluten-free or other allergies are handled at no extra charge, so you do not need to know their diet when you buy.
- Leaving it late? Email us and say so — a voucher can be with you within the hour during working hours.
